heres a more recent pic of my setup in my new place. since ditched the metal shelving unit for the records (mostly due to space reasons) and picked up an expedit. you can see the card catalog i use for my tapes, and those white boxes house the 7"s, a slightly better solution than the 6 packs
my cds are kind of a mess now as in the move to my new place, one fell down a flight of stairs and broke into a bunch of pieces so i had to get slightly smaller ones off of CL. unfortunately they dont come with enough adjustable shelves so when i have some free time (in like 3 months ) i'll have to drill some holes and purchase more wood. now they're just stacked vertically which i hate

Hey I've got the Blind Dead Collection too.
Killer movies and package of course!
My Mother, she told me off today and so I killed her.
But not really, she is still alive inside my head .
How I do it is, I have a 3 bedroom house, and I use one room just for music, and to store CD's, I use 5 dressers, to store everthing, and If I obtain more CD's I will just get another dresser. And on top of the dressers is where I store my early Megaforce, Metal Blade, Combat cassettes. I have crates to store my fazines. I mostly have Sounds of Death and Snakepit Magazine, and a few cool contender ones.
If I did not use the dresser method, I like this company Lorentz design that sells something called the CD cube.
I used to store some of my LPs on the floor. But today I managed to build a small table with some help from my father. This is the result = I can store twice the amount of LPs on the same floor space.
My steel isn´t true and that makes me a sad panda...

Very nice. I took the liberty to fix the image attachments for you.

I finally found a good storage box for my vinyl singles after years of search. I don't know why I didn't found any good options before! I bought this one from www.protected.de, it wasn't cheap but in my opinion well worth the money spent. It holds 450 singles and it even got 3 locks on it with keys. Keep dirty hands away!
Thanks to Ikea and their Expedit range I was able to sort out storage for half the vinyl collection. It made the hell of going there on a Saturday worthwhile
