Definately it is not a bootleg!!!

I asked Robert Garven! Let's hope he knows!!!

It is a mystery!!!!!!!!!! HAhahaha
Ah, OK.. I misunderstood.
I've got the same version as you so I think we've established that there are 2 different Liquid Flames pressings. Now the question is, which is the first original one? My money's on daniel's version. 'LF001' sounds very First Pressing...

Maybe I shouldn't have got so worked up, but when someone's language is so unclear, and saying ridiculous things like my copy isn't LF when it clearly says so on the LP, well, bit annoying.

I think the number of multiple-pressings-copies in my collection could be counted on the fingers of one hand, but I'm sucker for 1st pressings so lets solve this mystery asap. Is it even News that there's 2 LF versions of this record?

Um, ok.. Vasilis pix doesn't show if they also have that logo. Mine has. And an insert. And the skeletons/HM13666 label. Getting dizzy now. Need sleep..

1. Does anyone know if the Heavy Metal Heroes I comp-LP has an insert? My copy misses one, and I was just wondering.
2. I recently got the Witchfinder General debut LP on clear vinyl. The A-side tracklisting is "Invisible Hate / Free Country / Death Penalty", however the record actually plays "Invisible Hate / Death Penalty / Free Country". The LP cost me peanuts, but it'd still be pretty disappointing to discover it's a bootleg. Anyone else familiar with this (hopefully) pressing error?

Pretty sure there was no inserty with HMH.

I also have 'Death Penalty' on clear vinyl, and I'm completely certain mine isn't a bootleg, but unfortunately I'm not at home right now to check the playing order. 'Death Penalty' should come 3rd, like on the CD version but I can't remember any discrepancy on the LP right now.

Apparently there were two pressings of this, with different covers. One red, and one with a hand holding a guitar. I know the red cover had an insert, I have the guitar cover and it came without insert.

I was pretty sure there was but I never investigated further. I seem to remember having read that Cirith Ungol did another pressing of the first album when the first pressing had sold out.

I have that red one, and it has an extra sheet with the hand/ guitar thing on it. I always understood this sheet more as being the actual cover though, not as an insert - the picture sheet on top of the red one, all inside an protection jacket.. :?

Thanks, appreciate it, let me know when you do. I too have the CD with the correct tracklisting, plus a quick google search was enough to show that "Death Penalty" should come 3rd. Doesn't look too good for the LP, I guess.

Yeah, that's the one I have (pic), thanks.

That's right. Sometimes it is referred to as an insert, but it really isn't.
