That guy is crazy. I used to check through his auctions and make a list of all interesting things he sells and then search for them one by one to see if I could find the cheaper *lol*

When did the Pyracanda CDs become so expensive?

There was a 50€ "buy it now" on this CD which I disabled by making a bid. Guess the seller should issue a "thank you note" to me for that:

How can you tell it's him again? Is there some way of seeing what he bids on? Or any ebayer for that matter??

Yes, I guess 2 auctions (I didn't see that cheap one). The seller was from metalpage forum.

I highly doubt it. I don't have the CD anymore but I remember there was no IFPI code and it looked identical to the Stone CDs that were for sure pressed in Switzerland in 1989 (also with matrix ICM, the cat # and strings of seemingly random numbers). It might not be from 1988, but it is certainly not from the 2000s.
The pressing on OUT OF TUNE is very old ... I got my copy YEARS ago (between 1991 and 1992 if I remember correctly). They were opener for Metallica on the "Justice for all tour" in Berne, the capital of Switzerland). So for sure NO bootleg.

pricekiller also sold it 1-2 months ago, and the winner may be randomcoils or one of russian rich.

the winning bid may be $80 ~ $90.

I dont think there is a case for claming that it is either a bootleg or a very latye pressing, but the problem is that it is widely considered as the first press, and I am yet to see any evidence that it preceeded the UOF pressing.

The Under One Flag pressing is licensed like nearly every other release from the labels catelog. I think it's safe to assume that the Out Of Tune press came before it as licensed pressings tend to be released later then the original label ones. If even a few months difference it would still be later.
