Sorry, but I haven't got the foggiest idea what you're talking about. Please elaborate.

i meant that i got most of my beloved stuff when kuntz wasn't around (i had the impression, although i read it some years ago, that spinoza kinda thought that the world is the best possible one.

)

Good for you and i don't begrudge you for that at all, but what shall i do? Stop collecting only because most of the rarer / sought-after items sell for higher prices than they did twenty or ten years ago? It's not that i bid on every single metal record on the world wide web, alright? To suggest that this is the Kuntz-era, because somehow i single-handly boost all prices is nothing but ridiculously.

Ahh, I see! Well philosophy was never my strong side. I'm more into hard science.

August was more or less the time for holidays with the family (and friends), so not much diggin' ... but still got a nice item in my postbox this week:
And this is something you might have seen already, but anyway, THANX to AXE!

Maximum respect to rich metal heads buying boxes of rare records every month.
If I had that sort of money would I buy as much stuff? Probably, but I wouldn't post it on the net.
This 'Master of Disguise' cleap LP, luckily I don't care much for different pressings, when I see people in awe over it I just think, 'so what'.

Hehe, what I mean is, that I have never had much money and even if I suddenly did and bought huge amounts of records constantly I'd still feel quite uneasy about 'showing off' to this extent. Does that make any sense to you?

You could buy a whole collection in one take and that's about it,you're through with that

This forum is for collectors of rare records (and people like me who enjoy seeing these records - I'll probably never buy any of them but that doesn't affect my being impressed with the awesome collections here.....)
