It's James Byrd's Atlantis Rising, James Byrd = Fifth Angel guitarist. If you like Fifth Angel you NEED this!
Marquis de Sade like mentioned earlier has copied sleeve but vinyl is original. (bargain)
Them Rock is Crossover, right beside them Rodmir (russian AOR/Heavy Rock) and belowRodmir is Livi from Latvia (melodic Heavy Metal).

It's from 1991 after he left Fifth Angel and started his own band. I quite like this album but I can see some people having an issue with the high pitched vocals.
