Recent Metal finds (2010 edition)
A bunch of CD's.
The Lamp of Thoth - Cauldron of Witchery (so now I'm hooked to the Lamp also! Mighty mighty stuff!)
The Gates of Slumber - ...The Awakening (I like their more recent stuff a lot more, I already have all old Saint Vitus albums...)
Picture - Old Dogs New Tricks & Live 2008 (seems a better comeback than most, need to pour down a few pints of lager whilst playing these really loud this weekend for the final judgement - easily their best stuff since Eternal Dark in any case)
Gravestone - War & Doomsday (Ok, so it's not Metal but it feels nice to be complete after twenty or so years...)
Wrathblade - War of the Titans (some really nice melodies in there - definitely above average in it's genre)

Weird. Are the pralines moulded in the shape of the happy couple's heads? That would make a selling point hard to resist, even for a non-royalist like me. Their appearences would crave some rather heavy chewy pieces I guess. On the other hand were they to make candy of our present king and queen, a crisp and light Kinder Egg-styled thing would have felt more appropriate - only it has to be without the überraschung for maximum faithfulness to the originals...
Edit: Will keep this post in it's original form (bar this comment) to confuse future historians.

For some more info;http://www.popsike.com/MERCYFUL-FATE-NU ... 46665.htmlperishinflames wrote:That is awesome, I've never seen it before. When was it released? Pretty dumb to make only 65 copies, you know they could have sold a shitload of those things.

Cool, this has always been one that I've neglected to pick up for whatever reason.SideShow wrote:Wrekking Machine - Mechanistic Termination

Hades "Resisting Success"
Ok it's time to debate about this ... thing ?!

I wonder, what version is this ? I thought to receive the LTD 1995 version, this one looks like a very well done bootleg (there are the lyrics in the booklet, very well printed).
It has even a barcode and listed on the musik samm site http://www.musik-sammler.de/media/15688
Does anybody know who did it and when ? Surely after 2003 because until I was in the heavy metal scene there was no sign of this press, only LTD 1995 and the 1999 band reissue.
