For Open the Gates on that link there's a really colourful back-side with a tracklist for 'Epicus Doomicus' instead! I've never seen the Candlemass vinyl....is that really what the back cover looks like!? With the front cover still the black skull jobber?

I can't be sure but the comic drawing could be from Shadowslayer: The Mark of Melanikus which was published as French graphic album and also reprinted in Heavy Metal magazine in the mid 90's.
