I also only have Roksnax - ranks at the top of my compilation albums along with Cleveland Metal. Never quite got into Roxcalibur, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't pick it up if I found it around or below my spending limit.daniel wrote:Is the poster just the cover?
I only have Roksnax, but to me that is the better of the two, or what do other people think?

The poster are small pictures of each band on the comp.I'ts great to see bands like Satan and Battleaxe etc. I think Roxsnax may be a better comp but those Satan tracks are hard to beat.

Ok thanks a lot. To be honest doesn't sound too interesting. I quite like the actual cover of Roxcalibur, too bad the music isn't up to scratch, but, Roksnax is one of my favourite covers ever, back cover too! Even if that dragon isn't flying anywhere with those tiny-ass wings haha. I kill you with my guitar!

Yeah, that artwork is killer. If you look close enough to the cover that guy riding the horse with his guitar has no face.Classic.daniel wrote:Ok thanks a lot. I don't have the cover here with me now, I don't even have any of my LP:s with me at the moment but I still started laughing when I read your reply hahaha, even though I can't remember what his 'face' looks like
Ah, yeah I have seen that poster before just couldn't remember it, looks like some board-game insert

My scan of the cover can be seen in the "compilations" area of The Corroseum.daniel wrote:I don't have the cover here with me now, I don't even have any of my LP:s with me at the moment but I still started laughing when I read your reply hahaha, even though I can't remember what his 'face' looks like

This week:
Fear My Solitude - Dancing With Solitariness (Demo 1994)
I am not sure if there is a hidden meaning somewhere in there, but today - Friday the 13th mind you - I picked up from my local post office the following two records:
Paul Chain Violet Theatre: Picture disc aka Highway to Hell
Paul Chain/Sabotage split: King Of Dreams/Welcome
Eerie
