it's not exactly funny. it depends on the year the band signed the contract. usually catalog number is given when the contract is signed. for example sun city records' SR012 is yet unreleased.and the same happened with steel gallery bands(i don't remember now which band signed the deal and then delayed the release).

This was actually more common then you would think with a lot of these early labels. If a label signs a band and the band records an album under the label but for whatever reason it takes longer to materialize then expected or there is some kind of delay in the final processing, the album still maintains the CAT Number, however, is released later on out of catelog Number sequence.
