I have the upper but it reads (in tiny letters): for promotional use only. Bought it for €4 on a record fair.

This is similar to some of the original Noise International CD pressings. For example, Rage - Perfect Man comes in both a silver and black finished disc top surface:

Silver

Black

I have no idea why two different copies were made though...

The silver Noise CDs were usually made in Europe and the colored in the USA. (although I can see that this Rage CD was made in Germany).

MASSACRA Enjoy The Violence on Lucifer. White disc instead of the "usual" red one, matrix number is the same for both. I had never thought one second that another version of this pressing could exist but it does and I've just bought it :D

Contact me if you are looking for the original Lucifer CD pressing, I have an extra copy of the red version.

That white Massacra looks cool :D

While the Noise USA CDs (with WK ***** catalog #'s) were colored discs, also noise Germany discs like Sabbat's first and Tankards 2nd (many others as well) came out on both black and silver discs, but were otherwise identical (printing, matrix). I believe these are what Avenger was alluding to.

On topic, some good stuff lately:

Sacrifice - Crest of Black LP
Jurassic Jade - Gore LP
Shellshock - Mortal Days LP
Megaslaughter - Calls From Beyond LP
Purtenance - Yellow DLP
Master's Hammer NWN box
Messiah Force - The Last Day LP Haissem
Second Hell / Skull Crusher - Metal Deadness LP
Coroner - R.I.P. Japan LP
Darkness - Defenders of Justice LP
Acrostichon - Engraved In Black
Daster - Darker than Black 7"

and a bunch more random cheapies, and a few CDs. And pre-ordered the Utumno LP.

Well, the label went under just "Noise" for the majority of the US pressed CD's and they were produced in many different colors then just black and also had different CAT #'s starting with "WK" like PF mentioned. For example Deathrow - Deception Ignored or Midas Touch - Presage Of Disaster, although, there are still many inconsistencies. Like you said, both of these are made in Germany and both were pressed under "Noise International".

EDIT: I think that if this specific conversation continues any further I'll split it into it's own thread as it's kind off of topic for this one. /Mod

Nice swag, always dig a bit of Ebony comp action. The other two stand-outs for me are the Genöcide LP(what pressing is this? NR?) and the Italian Metal comp, sweet cover.
