All these terms and conditions are way too complicated.
For someone that does not purchase music online, almost nothing is "commercially available" yet, to those that do make online purchases "commercially available" only applies to the stock of a select few distributors even though copies can easily be found elsewhere on the net?
This doesn't make any sense to me and is a double standard in my opinion.
