I've got what I think is the 2nd pressing of this bootleg, with a printed cover instead of the blank one w/ inserts (bought in the late 80's). I don't suppose you know the editions of these boots? Always been curious...

No, the pressing info and various editions of this bootleg have always been kind of a mystery to me too. Does your copy have the promo copy stamp? This is a printed cover too. Here you can see some more editions of the same record:

Huh?? Are all these the same recording? I've seen a couple of them before, but I always thought they included different material. The one I have is the one in the lower right corner.

Just checked for that promo stamp: Nope. The only stamp is the number "0010" but not which edition.

Nono, as far as I know only the upper right and two most right of the bottom are the same recordings. I just don't have a picture of them seperatly because this is from Chris/Torkyn's collection. It might be interesting to check the matrix edgings to see if they were pressed at the same time, Dan. Now that you've brought up the subject I just can't let it go before I know more hehe. Maybe they know at the Coven forum...

I'll try and sort it out soon. Btw, I'm pretty possitive I've seen a version in a white blank sleeve with only xeroxed sheets put into the plastic cover. Sounds familiar? Anyone?

Nah, list in the first post is outdated, that copy of Into the abyss is already sold for some months. I do have the rerelease (Further down into the abyss) for trade now.
