Here's what I've been told about this demo CDR fuck-up:
Remo paid Tom Martin $30 for some demos in advance. As it usually happens it took a lot longer for Tom to wrap up and duplicate the demos, and by the time they were done the guy was already angry. In addition the Demos came expensier than expected, so Tom had to ask some extra cash, things got uglier, so Tom refunded Remo. Remo told Tom he hasnt received the refund coz he had paid from old work e-mail he has no access to (why the money didnt end up back in his paypal account if the old email was linked to it is unknown to me).
My personal position on this is that both parties are guilty:
Tom: in addition to the refund he should have still sent the fucking demos to Remo for free to make up for the long delay. This is what I would have done if I was in his place, and he knows it.
Remo: if you claim to support indy bands by buying their demos in advance so all the moeny go to the bands - then be prepared to be patient. Band are this way and happen to drag their arses.
And go manage your paypal account for god's sake

NOTHING to do with me. I've signed LICH KING's Necromantic Maelstrom an year after this fuck-up happened and found out about this shit only recently. I didnt even know about LICH KING at the time this shit occured.
Bringing this shit I have no relation to in my topic is very uncalled for and I take it very presonally as an act of hostility against my releases and my services.
