Yeah, some of the same riffs are re-used for Dark Heart plus the vocalist sounds very similar. I think they are.

The Tokyo Rose who appears on the Guardian compilation LP Pure Overkill is indeed the same band as Dark Heart. But beware of the Tokyo Rose who released a single/ep (?) on the same label as that is a completely different band.
