They never recorded a single note. They have just used a Nocturnus tape. For the bonus Reign of Fire version, they just recorded Clairvoyant at the end of the tape and then copied Reign of Fire minus the intro over the rest of maiden's song, getting a Nocturnus song with an Iron Maiden intro. It's as simple as that. The funny part of the story is that my friend probably did the whole thing on his own.
