Have you contacted RIP Records? They can supply the HM Drill obviously, perhaps also the DVD.

is RIP Records still around? could not find a website or contact info and have not seen a release in years on this label.

Not so active but alive and well. I think the last release was Metal Inquisitor "Doomsday.." CD. He told me something about reissuing some old Usurper stuff too.

only 66 of them came with an insert. Gezol made them specially for his mail order service, so if you wernt one of the 66 who got one from him, you didnt get the insert.
Its a brown colored insert as large as a normal record jacket with a fold over obi strip. there are interviews from other countries and pictures.

i got one from Gezol right when it came out and the whole band plus Neal Tanaka put a sign on it.
