Has anyone here heard this album before?

I happened to stumble accross the awesome site that you guys have here as I was looking for some info on an album that I had gotten today. A guy at my work brought it in after I had mentioned the band Testament. He said that many years ago a friend of his had given him some albums from Metallica and Testament. He had also given him an album from a band called Scapegoat. He said he had listened to the first couple of songs once a long time ago and didn't like it, so he brought it and gave it to me for free. I had never seen it before so I gave it a listen. The cd started out kind of boring but ended up getting better and better with each new song. By the end of it, I was very suprised by how much it kicked ass. The album is titled Rewound and was released by a small independent label called American Machine Records in 1996. The only information I found off of the internet was from the original website from 1996 that had not been updated since. It seems that that label only released 3 cds from 3 bands in the Pennsylvania area. I'm guessing that its pretty obscure because I searched the internet for quite a while and came up empty handed. I didn't even see a listing of the band in the metal archives website (they have other bands with the name Scapegoat, but none from Pennsylvania or anywhere in the US). I would definitelly appreciate any info on this cd, if anyone knows anything about it.
