SANCTUS - 1 Demo Song (1980) USA

I found this solitary demo song by a US band called Sanctus on an old disc the other day.
I've got no recollection where i got it from and the band are, (surprise, surprise!), unlisted on Metal Archives.
The only info i do have comes from the "comments" in the id tag which states that this song is from a 1980 demo recorded at Crystal Clear Sound Studios by the band who were from Dallas Texas.
Musically it reminds me a little of Riot with some nice Iron Maiden-esque harmony guitar parts to boot.
It's pretty heavy for American HR/HM from 1980, see what you think of it.
If anyone has any additional info please feel free to share it.
