Of course not. Everyone who pays more than $0.99 for that thrash-goes-grunge turd of an album is an utter poser!
Grin does not sound like grunge at all, I don't like it as much as their other albums but it still has some amazing songs on it and is their most progressive album, the sound is not surprising considering their other albums were more complex then the one before it. Also, now there is not just a greek bootleg for this cd, but also russian ones, along with bootlegs of the other coroner cds.
And I would guess the price was so high on the vinyl since it came out in 1993.
Dunno why that album gets so much hate, sure its not thrash but its still extremely good for what it is. I did hate it upon first listen to be fair and thought it was a total sellout, but it has grown on me alot since then and I like it more then R.I.P. but not more then their other albums.
SLAVEN is a good EP but that's about 3x the normal price
Never got into the Stormqueen 7" much. It's not bad, but I think it's very overrated; one of the most over-hyped singles in Malc's book. some of their other tracks are better than these 2. i always thought it was strange that the price of this single shot way up AFTER the band produced a small quantity of copies in 2003; you'd expect the price to come down, at least for a while, after that. There was some 'oddness' about the band's offer of copies; maybe they didn't materialize as advertised or something...?
