Did they ever put out an album? This song is on the Black Roses soundtrack (never seen the movie but it does have a few good songs).

Yes,they did an album(Eye of The Storm)in 1988,the label was Pure Metal,actually Tempest was a christian hard rock band,a second album was recorded but not published at that time,only in 1997 the band reissued the two albums together on cdr...more info available at http://www.metal-metropolis.com/tempest.htm
