I just bought a couple of CDs from a seller with the nick 80s_metal_and_aor with this email adress: vegasauctions@aol.com
Is it the notorious "vegas" rip-off seller you are all talking about?

@pan_Heathen:Well,I had no idea who that seller was and I was just bidding on 2 CDs I was interested in
@Helstar:I bought Blasdead and Hollow, which I thought weren't rare and couldn't have been bootlegged so why not bid?Are they really CD-Rs?By the way,if they ARE CD copies, can I claim anything back from eBay or paypal maybe?Have no idea about that....

Yes you can open a dispute for counterfeit items on paypal, and don't forget to put some negatives as well (vega$$hole can't retaliate, like all sellers, no worries).

Do not open a dispute claming that the items are not original, because even if you prove this (which is not that easy), you will have to send it back and PROVE USING AN INTERNET TRACKING SYSTEM that it has been delivered, to get your money back.

Any CD he is selling is a bootleg or a copy?I mean, what are the chances to make a copy of a very easy to get Nuclear Blast CD?

There are counterfeits of new & popular CDs, also from Nuclear Blast. They can be told from worse quality printing and fucked up "barcode" on the matrix (well, at least that was the case one or two years ago). I don't know whether he has it, but they exist.
