It's the person on the extreme right that plays in Fleshmould know, he relocated to Belgium a long time ago. He's actually way more...

Somebody help me out (again). I have this song stuck in my head, a real thrash classic and I know I have it in my collection but I've been thinking about it all night and I can't remember the band! Uptempo song with the chorus 'thrashing to megadeth' or something along those lines. Somebody must kno...

Thanks a lot for these! I'm listening to it for the first time now and it really sounds like something I need to track down. Just a bit too much tempo changes but great primitive and raw atmosphere. Great vocals too, and the singer seems to have a rather unusual way to put his singing lines on the m...

I actually meant the German thrashers Minotaur. I didn't even know there was another band with the same name, as I'm more into extreme metal than classic metal.
Omen of hate, thanks! I've seen the LP a few times and heard it's a really good one, but I'd like to hear it before I spend my money on it.

Yes, when I hear the stories of older people this region really was the place to be in the 80's. Every single one of those venues got closed down a long time ago. Netwerk still exists but it is now an art centre, no venue anymore. There has been a metalpub in Aalst for the last 6 years or so, but Gu...
