Supplicium was a Death Metal band formed in 1990 as Necrotosigo by Antonio Azabache on Vocals and Walter Becerra on guitars. Later that year they changed the name to Supplicium and added Cesar Suarez on Guitars, Mario Paz (Epilepsia) on bass and Oscar Antunez de Mayolo (Dios Hastio, Hadez, Subvertor) on drums. In 1991 they recorded a rehearsal and made their live debut at the "Malambito" venue. The next year they played a lot of gigs with Anal Vomit, Hadez, Mortem, Kranium, etc. They appear on the "No Hemos Muerto" compilation with Hadez, Contumacy, etc. By 1993 they played with Belial from Chile and finally split up.

In 2007 Antonio, Cesar and Mario (now on guitars) joined with Roberto Leonardi (Disinter) on drums and Xavier Sanchez (Necrolatry) on bass and reformed the band for a short period of time. In 2021 they finally released an EP recorded in 2008 called "Brutal Hate" by War Ogre Recs.
