Necropolis was an obscure Death/Thrash Metal band from Peru, influenced by Kreator, Slayer, Chakal and Genocidio. They were formed in 1989 as Juicio Final with Sebastian Ponce on guitars, Pepe Muñoz on vocals, Martin Jimenez on guitars, Orlando Canepa on drums and Mario Chocano on bass. Later they change the name to Necropolis. In 1990, Sebastian was replaced by Luis Wong as second guitar bringing his influences from Infernal Majesty and Metallica. That year they recorded a Demo called "In Articulo Mortis". After that Jose "Pelu" Carcagno (Tormento, Mortala) replaced Luis on guitars and finally the band split up in 1991..
