Extrema Uncion was the first Thrash Metal band from Piura (North of Peru). Formed in 1988 by Beto Lamadrid on vocals and bass, William Macedo on guitars and Richard Zanetty on drums. In 1989 they recorded their first demo "Muere o Destruye", edited in 1992. That same year Martin Chira joined the band on bass until 1991. In 1993 the band played in the "Atake Metal 1" witn Engendro and Extincion. The band split up in 1994, Beto formed the Power Metal band Orfeo in Cusco and later relocated to Argentina. They made a reunion in 2011.
