CAKRAWALA - Kehidupan
Quite moodfilled and melancholic melodic Metal that could almost pass for a Demon song, i.e. very Malaysian-sounding indeed.
CAKRAWALA - Dibuai Kasih
Ballad.
MENTARI - Keinsafan
Sort of cocky and wanna-be-mean Heavy Metal that's just a little too youthful and crude to leave a lasting impression.
EYES KILLERS - Pejuang
Pre-DINAMIK, and this is in fact an early version of the track "Pesanan" under a new name. Great NWOBHM-meets-Eastern-Europe-style Steel that we thankfully got more of in the years to come.
SPRING - Hanya Untuk Mu
Ballad.

CAKRAWALA - Perisai Bangsa
More of that gloomy HR/HM in the Demon-vein that they presented in the A-side opener.
MENTARI - Mistri Mahligai Cinta
Ballad again.
MENTARI - Hentikan
The opening riffing sounds absolutely menacing and while still very rough around the edges, this is by far their most interesting moment. Frankly this is about as close to Death SS as I've rarely heard a Malaysian band before. Rare Doom-pearl divers take note..
CAKRAWALA - Harapan
Ballad yet again but one of those rare ones where the band truly manages to put some soul and effort into it = ultra-melancholic and exotic vibes on par with the mighty LovingBorn.
These guys released their debut album shortly after this comp, on the same Mutiara label = sadly no vinyl-promo available.
SPRING - Mencari Cahaya
Mid-pace, early 80's nondescript NWOBHM-demo filler fodder, i.e. a million times better to end a comp with than another trademark Malay schmallad. Hooray! While remaining in the same somewhat deadpan ballpark, their following albums from the early 90's were a fair improvement (see our Malaysia/Singapore Metal vinyl guide)
