I'm sorry, but the only place I could shoehorn in this curiosity was in the Compilations-section, even if it's not quite a compilation album in the technical sense. However, this is exactly the type of far Far FAR leftfield Metalploitation release that we live to dissect here at The Corroseum: The only known production music a.k.a. stock music a.k.a. library music record to have included a Heavy Metal tune(!). I'm leaving further explanations of the subject in the lap of wikipedia. All tracks were composed by the same bunch of studio musicians, operating under name Wozo, and while the album was a 2-LP set, the exact same programme is repeated on disc 2, only in instrumental form, therefor I only listed the tracks as A + B. Didn't bother to scan the gatefold either since it mostly just contains the track-descriptions that I've transcribed below, instead of my usual 1-3 word comments. If anyone out there know of any other record like this including something HM-related, please get in contact, or post in our 'Library Metal'-thread at the forum. |
