Tracks
Slayer of the night
La Guillotine
Riders of the dark
The dead
Friday's child
Als US Metal Sammlerstück einfach unumgänglich!
Terrattack from Pittburgh was formerly known as Asgard but changed their name on this recording. Due to Metal guru Dave T. Richards we are able to listen to an absolutely untypical US Metal piece which can be labelled as classic Power Metal with some strong progressive, as well as extreme Thrash influences like shown in "La Guillotine", where they are almost wild thrashing like the godz Sadus including an deep roaring voice, while Paul M. Willis usual voice is rather slightly higher sounding. The rest of the trax include absolutely remarkable midtempo Power Metal with lotsa technical guitar work and especially exciting solos. "Riders of the dark" also can be mentioned as a little hymn, while "Slayer of the night" was composed in the same style too. Really an unique band that's worth to be heard. (FutureSynner)
