Quite a typical record for an L.A. band released the Hollywood based Penny Black on the small label Blacksmyth Records. Between Hard Rock and classic Heavy Rock in the vein of bands like Dokken or the swedish Alien these guys do rock indeed with a typical Radio Metal style but well done I have to admit. It's easy stuff but truly with hit potential and a really raunchy and dominating voice of Jeff Wilson who luckily didn't even try to sound like Vince Neil. Everyone into good Hard Rock and Melodic Metal might check them out and I'm sure you'll like "Time can't take me away" the same like I do. Guess I'm becoming a little poser on my last days on earth...
