More local Heavy Rock, this time hailing from Illinois. Such a lovely cover artwork can't lead you wrong and indeed, except of the boring funky "On the bridge" "Climbing the rainbow" offers cool guitar driven Hard Rock with strong Metal hints. A bit irritating vocals for my personal taste since the guy's singing in girlish regions. If there wouldn't be a pic of him printed on the back sleeve I wouldn't be so sure about his gender - a voice between male and female. As mentioned before, metallic Hard Rock cuts the air while the most exciting fact is simply that the guitar solos are pretty cheerful done. "Midnight march" and "Dreamscape" are songs you should try and you'll immediately fall in love with NO QUARTER, a band that even in 1988 sounded like in the very early 80s!. I guess there are lots of collectors out there who have specialized in the early US Hard Rock/Metal till 1983 and those can add "Climbing the rainbow" to their collection. No clue how much was made...
