Atlain: Living in the dark

Da wird das Auge feucht vor Rührung. Atlain's Debüt erblickt endlich das breite Licht der CD-Welt (der Mausoleum Classix Rerelease ist ja kaum noch zu bekommen). Nach der Veröffentlichung des Zweitlings "g.o.e." im Jahre 2002 schließen Rusty Diamonds nun eine weitere große Lücke der German Metal Klassiker der 80er. Wer dieses Kleinod noch nicht kennt, dem sei gesagt, dass es sich hierbei um eines DER deutschen Highlights des deutschen Undergrounds handelt. Rauer, absolut ehrlicher Metal, der auch 20 Jahre später das Herz noch erfrischt ob seiner Schlichtheit und Spielfreude. Wer bei Killern wie "Living in the dark" oder "Sinner" nicht die Matte schüttelt, dem ist nicht zu helfen. Kaufen, klar!?!?!

I'm deeply moved. Finally, Atlain's debut album has been rereleased to the world on CD (forget about that Mausloeum Classix CD, it's almost impossible to find). After rereleasing their second album "G.o.e." in 2002, Rusty Diamonds close another big gap of German metal classics from the 80s. If you don't know this precious yet, it's one of THE highlights of the German underground scene of the 80s. Rough and absolutely honest Metal that makes your heart sing even some 20 years later. Straight and joyful, songs like "Living in the dark" or "Sinner" make you bang, willing or not. Buy or die!?!?!
